Tron is probably a very large part of the reason I am the computer and gadget nerd that I am. When I heard that Tr2n was a possibility a few years ago, I was excited, but also hesitant because of unlikeliness, disbelief and the inevitable sequel-suck.
Well, Filmstalker just posted a bootleg cam shot of the Tr2n teaser that was played at Comic Con, and um. WANT. And no, its not some suckass “hey let’s make a sequel with no original characters!” It’s got Jeff Bridges, and he looks kind of like a bad ass version of the Dude. The quality of the clip is dicey at best, even losing frame at points, but meh, it was probably shot completely blind from a trenchcoat, with black tape over the LCD display or something.
Please, movie gods, I beg you, DO NOT MAKE THIS MOVIE SUCK. I would like to not have the continuation of my childhood turned into a crappy memory.
