Visa billed kid for $23,148,855,308,184,500.00 – plus $20 overdraft fee

LOL. Doesn’t it seem odd that Visa would just pass a charge like this through? Considering that QUADRILLIONS of dollars. I don’t even think the debt of the entire planet is that. Shouldn’t the Visa fraud detector have picked up this anomaly?  The giggle is that they charged $20 on top of it for going over her limit… hahahaha
