This is a bit rediculous. Apparently Mythbusters was going to do an episode on the usability and hackability of RFID. Payment and food tracking and such. Well, during the research phase, it got killed, not burried, killed, because of a phone call with Texas Instruments which resulted in legal counsels from pretty much all the CC companies saying, "you are not going to air a story about this". WOW. Apparently things are more secure if you don't talk about them... Whadabunchadicks.

In watching the news and DNC speeches and such, I started wondering something, which I tend to wonder every 4 years, but now I have a blog, so I will ask it out loud. Why do the "religious right" align themselves so firmly with the republican party?

Something about this supposed open letter from some guy named Joe Porter, makes me feel that it's actually from the McCain Campaign, and not actually from some random dude. It's been making the rounds in email, and been getting some 'air time' on some blogs. I decided I need to take a crack at it, since it seems to actually say nothing of real substance about either candidate and why I should pick or not pick either.
