She managed to help her opponent to raise $650,000 in less than 24 hours after that brilliant oration of McCarthy-era crazy talk. Compared to a normal day of a few grand... LOL.

In a surprisingly decent move, the Republican Election Committee has removed all funds for advertising for her, effectively pushing her out on an iceberg to fend for herself in a contested region.
Ya just gotta love it when karmic retribution occurs when you can actually witness it

ya i know. I really can’t blame them either. The dem now have over $1.5 million raised since. she had a huge lead before, and now they are neck and neck, because I think most people are reacting how I did, which is, “Is she fucking crazy?”
I liked her backpedal also, blaming Chris Mathews for twisting her words, even though there was no twisting. I finally saw the raw clip, and she all on her own volunteered this, then Mathews prods for more info, and she just buries herself fatally.

Funny how she’s two faced about it too… TPM has her as saying she was attacked for Chris Mathews and how she’s so sorry, but then reaffirming what she said to the party faithful.

Lol what a whack job. Under no circumstance should it ever be acceptable to allow a “thought police” type of hearing to happen again. The blackballing and whispering was probably one of our darker times.

Definitely in the top 10. It’s pretty stunning how badly they want to go back there… it’s as if the Repubs are simply so very desperate they’d employ any technique at all to retain control.
