It’s getting to be time to reinstall again

So what tells you it's time to reinstall you computer? I know lots of folks never do, like my parents, however, being a software dev and technology consultant puts a but of stress on my desktop to say the least. Is the giveaway the fact that my desktop is almost completely full of shortcuts, on TWO monitors? Or is it the fact that in the past 2 days I have gotten 8-10 alerts from my virus software that it has blocked assorted trojans from launching. LOL. time for a reinstall...
