Teachers are underpaid

The problem is that the stupid ass non-science teachers freaked out because of the potential pay scale differential. I agree that math,science,english,history at least are equally important to learn. However, any moron can teach language or history or gym class. I realize that sucks to say, but come on... Science is harder. Its harder to explain, teach, and learn. So why shouldn't a science teacher get paid more, if they are more qualified? Now of course if they only have their teaching certificate, and no actual science experience, they should be paid the same as the gym teacher. In otherwords, pay for qualification and experience, not just some fixed number based on years of plodding along until tenure.
