Use Photos to Improve Video

This is pretty cool. These guys have developed a way to take crappy video and good photos, combining them to make good, higher res video. The results are pretty astounding if you ask me. Considering I used to do some freelance video rendering in college, this would have put me out of a job... I do wonder how automated it really is, since I am guessing you would need to define the target in tree sample for example. But still, wow.
