LOL. Doesn't it seem odd that Visa would just pass a charge like this through? Considering that QUADRILLIONS of dollars. I don't even think the debt of the entire planet is that. Shouldn't the Visa fraud detector have picked up this anomaly? The giggle is that they charged $20 on top of it for going over her limit... hahahaha

LOL agree… I’da not thought that the charges portion of the bill could actually go that high - that is some forward thinking programming staff
