So, this doesn't seem all that hard to make, minus the blow out / light with match aspects. But hell, just put on a pressure button, and frankly you could make this do alot more if you wanted. the difficulty would be the diffuse white tube which I'm not sure where you could get something like that. I'm certain its not a big deal, just finding it is all. I think MAKE magazine should make something like this.
