Seriously? This was a few weeks ago, but still. That just seems like a really bad idea. It is intended to increase battle communications between troops, on a global scale. Ok great, however... It will also allow "computers can talk directly to computers" and "is using a robot surveillance plane called Reaper to hunt down Taliban forces".
