Last night, my wife was out at her monthly board meeting for AIBH so I had Ashley all to my self. Of course, this is both great and terrifying, depending on her mood. Thankfully, Ashley is generally OK when she is with just one of us, and is pretty amenable to any suggestion that involves food or buying stuff, so I did both.
Aside from being distracted by the fact that Ellen is getting a bit to Boy’ish, Kristen Bell (whoever that actually is?) is completely nuts. She literally loses her sanity and has a meltdown when she figures out her boyfriend got a sloth for her birthday. Not to keep, just to be with for a while. This chick really digs slow, lethargic, mean nocturnal animals…
True as true can be. Even if you’re not listening to anything, still need headphones. People leave you alone.
This has got to be some kind of autism/savant brain crazy thing. I can barely say words correctly in the right direction. It’s obviously not a great life skill or employment skill, but it must indicate some kind of neural pathway difference or capability she could actually turn into a useable talent or skill.
Or she’s a cyborg.
This is actually the first kickstarter ive been interested in. Most I find to be trivial at best. This however is something ME WANT. It’s a docking station for a Macbook Air, so all you do is plunk down your Air, and close the lever on the back, and poof! You’re now connected to all your desktop peripherals. Now all I need is an external GPU case for Thunderbolt that has 2 6-pin power cables, and I would toss my PC most likely.

In case you don’t realize it’s a troll video from an athiest poking fun at the arguments religious folks who are less skilled at debate may use. But still, made me laugh a couple times. Best question: If the earth is millions of years old, why is it only 2008?

Silly, but actually probably a decent idea. In a subtle way this kind of feedback could help to develop better, or at least more standardized coding practices. I kind of like it, and apparently a lot of .net coders like it, since quite a bunch have installed it, first just out of curiosity, but then are now keeping it, because it’s actually a little entertaining. Nice breaks from the grind i suppose. So where is the Sublime-Text PHP version on this

I thought this was a long time coming. Kinect is now going to available for development and use on windows. $299 gets you the kinect, which at first seems kind of odd, since it’s only $150 for the XBox, but there has got to be a reason.
Anyway, interested in seeing what devs come up with for it, non-game related.
